About Sam
Christian. Husband. Father. Physician. Pilot.
Dr. Sam Alexander and his wife of 39 years, Marsha, live on their farm in Fair Play, MO. They have three daughters, four grandchildren, and four great-grandsons.
A board-certified Emergency Room Physician for over 30 years, Dr. Alexander serves as a senior partner with the Emergency Physicians of Springfield, affiliated with Cox Health Systems. He earned his BA/MD from UMKC Medical School in 1982. Heavily involved in medical career outreach programs for over twenty-five years, Dr. Alexander has mentored medical students, residents, and first responders; he has been a non-paid director of rural Southwest Missouri fire and rescue districts for over thirty years. Sam has been a pilot since 1984 and is an active farmer, managing family land on the Gasconade River, a ranch, and a hay farm in Fair Play, Missouri.
Sam and Marsha enjoy spending time with family hunting, shooting sports, fishing, spending time on the water, hiking, and reading about American history.

I have always believed that life begins at conception. In the Senate, I won’t stop fighting until Amendment 3 is overturned.
2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS
I will go to the mat protecting your gun rights, ensuring the Second Amendment Preservation Act, Stand Your Ground, and Constitutional Carry are always protected in Missouri.
SECURING OUR BORDER
I will stand with President Trump as he fights to deport every illegal alien on our soil.
PROMOTING MEDICAL FREEDOM
As a doctor, I have always advocated for patient autonomy. Individuals have a right to choose their course of treatment; I will make sure that coercive measures like those seen during 2020 never happen again.
DEFENDING ELECTION INTEGRITY
Elections are most secure when they are hand counted using paper ballots, protecting every Missourians vote from fraud and foreign interference.
STANDING AGAINST THE WOKE AGENDA
I oppose the woke agenda in Missouri and will fight to keep CRT/DEI out of school curricula and prevent taxpayer funding from supporting leftist “ESG” investment firms.
PROTECTING MISSOURI FARMLAND
No foreign entities should own Missouri land – plain and simple.
